We personally pack your order, placing bulk dry goods into paper bags and bulk liquid items into glass jars. We neatly pack your whole order into a box ready for you to pick up. All items are clearly labelled and a tax receipt will be in the box

There is a $30 minimum spend on all online orders​.

Gift cards can only be purchased in store

Please store all nuts and seeds in the refrigerator or freezer. This keeps the natural oils neutral and stops them from going rancid, especially during warm weather. Did you know that nuts do not freeze!

Please store all legumes, cereals, grains, spices and dried fruits in air-tight containers in a cool, dark area, away from direct sunlight.

We do our best to avoid cross contamination and have strict hygiene, storage and cleaning procedures in place. However, due to the environment of our store, there is a risk that a food sold online and in store may have been packed in areas that contain allergens. These include gluten, wheat, nuts, peanuts, treenuts, seeds, sesame, soy, egg, bee products, dairy and other products that may behave as allergens to certain people. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any allergen. For example, products listed as gluten free or those that are naturally gluten free, are made without ingredients containing gluten, however there is still a risk of cross contamination from the supplier or from the environment of our store.

Generally, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if there is any fault with the product, please let us know within 7 days and bring it back to our store along with the original receipt. Online orders need to be returned within 48 hours. We will assess the product and provide you a full refund if deemed necessary.

How to shop at a bulk store

1. Bring in your containers* (they don’t need to be empty)

2. Ask a staff at the front counter to weigh your containers

3. Fill it up with the good stuff

4. At checkout, we deduct the original weight of your container so you only pay for what you’ve put in

*we accept anything and everything – containers/jars/bags/bottles/buckets etc.
