- 1.1 These terms and conditions together with our privacy policy form an agreement between you as the customer and Trustee for CR & SL Baker Family Trust Trading as Winchelsea Wholefoods and Armstrong Creek Wholefoods ABN 13492281077 in relation to the use of this website. By accessing, browsing or using this website you acknowledge you have read and understood and agree to be bound by these terms.
- USE OF WEBSITE
When using our website, you do so at your own risk and should take your own precautions to ensure you do not expose yourself or anyone else to viruses, malicious computer code or other forms of interference which may cause any damage to your device.
- AVAILABILITY OF GOODS
All products are subject to availability of stock. We endeavour to provide up to date stock information, however we cannot guarantee the availability of all stock. If there is a discrepancy we will contact you immediately.
- ORDERS & PAYMENT
- 4.1 You may order products by selecting and submitting your order through our website in accordance with these terms and conditions.
- 4.2 Any order placed through our website for a product is an offer by you to purchase the particular product for the price notified at the time you place the order.
- 4.3 We may ask you to provide additional details or require you to confirm your details to enable us to process any orders placed through our website.
- 4.4 You agree to provide us with current, complete and accurate details when asked to do so on our website.
- 4.5 A minimum of $30.00 applies to all orders placed through our website. These amounts are subject to change by us from time to time, and will be communicated to you through our website and/or in these Terms and Conditions
- 4.6 All payments must be made in Australian Dollars and unless otherwise stated, all product prices are including GST.
- 4.7 We accept VISA and MasterCard. If payment cannot be processed, your order will be rejected and you will be notified on the website.
- PICK UP OF GOODS
- 5.1 Standard timeframe for pick-up of goods are a minimum of 2 hours. All orders are to be picked up at Armstrong Creek Wholefoods Shop 9 500-540 Torquay Road Armstrong Creek Victoria 3217
- 5.2 We endeavour to ensure your goods are ready as soon as possible and where an order is placed by 3pm on a business day you can pick up on the same day. If an order is placed after 3pm it will be ready for pick up the following day. You may also nominate an alternative pick up day ensuring the above timeframes are observed
- PRODUCT INFORMATION
- 6.1 We aim to update the website at our earliest opportunity and take reasonable care in ensuring all information displayed is current and correct. However, we are human and sometimes (on rare occasions) typographical errors, omissions and inaccuracies may occur.
- 6.2 We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies and omissions and to change or update any information without first notifying you.
- 6.3 Images used on our site are for illustrative purposes only and may differ to the product ordered.
